Domestic Shipping (Qatar)
The delivery fee within Doha ranges between 40–50 QAR, depending on your location.
For remote or outer areas, delivery charges may vary and are determined directly by the delivery driver.
Please note that The Local Edition is not responsible for the delivery fee.
This amount is paid directly to the driver and is not part of our store operations or product pricing.

International Shipping
For international orders, the shipping fee is 180 QAR.
Customs duties, taxes, and additional import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are determined by the customs authorities in your country and are beyond our control.

Modification Terms & Conditions
To ensure the perfect fit and satisfaction, we offer an alteration service on all abayas.
The terms are as follows:
Effective after 10 days from the date of receiving your order.
Standard tailoring cost: 100 QAR per abaya.
Full abaya resizing: 200 QAR per abaya.

Modification Eligibility
To be eligible for modification:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The request for modification must be made within 10 days of receiving the order.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Refunds & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to offer suitable modification options to meet your needs.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
All confirmed orders are final and non-refundable.

Shipping & Handling
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs related to the alteration process,
unless the modification is required due to a mistake from our side (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

Unclaimed Orders
If a customer does not respond to delivery attempts or fails to collect their order within 60 days,
the order will be considered abandoned, and no refund or re-delivery will be offered.
Additional delivery fees will apply if the customer requests a re-delivery within this 60-day period.
