Shipping Rates

a. Domestic Shipping (Doha)
The shipping fee within Doha ranges between 30–50 QAR, depending on the location.
For remote or outer areas, delivery charges may vary and are determined directly by the delivery driver.

Please note that The Local Edition is not responsible for the delivery fee. This fee is paid directly to the driver for delivery service and is not included in our operations or pricing.



b. International Shipping

- The international shipping fee is 150 QAR per order.

- Customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

- We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order for more information.



Alteration Terms & Conditions

Effective after 10 days from the date of receiving the order.

- Standard tailoring cost: 150 QAR per abaya

- Full abaya resizing: 200 QAR per abaya


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use reliable delivery partners to ensure your orders are handled safely and delivered on time.
The carrier or method may vary depending on the destination, size, and availability.



Order Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, processing typically takes 1–10 weeks, depending on the production schedule.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the destination and courier service. While we strive for timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to customs or logistics factors beyond our control.



Shipping Address

Please ensure that all shipping details — including recipient’s name, phone number, and full address — are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.



Unclaimed Orders

If a customer does not respond to delivery attempts or fails to collect their order within 60 days of notification, the order will be considered abandoned. The Local Edition will not be responsible for storing, refunding, or re-delivering the order after this period.
Additional handling or delivery fees may apply for re-delivery requests during the 60-day holding period.
